The Graphic Design program at Algonquin Faculty is designed for individuals who are keen on applying their creativity to speaking ideas and ideas in both print and digital media. The Communication Design major prepares you for a graphic design profession targeted on company id, branding and the administration of communication design tasks. The many design companies and businesses located here supply intensive internship and networking alternatives for students.
This coupled with exposure to probably the most present hardware and software accessible will prepare you to fulfill trade needs. This program will appeal to students who are emerging from visual/media arts backgrounds at the high school or publish-secondary degree, for mature college students, and those who have a love of design and visible expression.
You find out about written and visual communications for artists and entrepreneurs, artwork history, drawing, and 2ND/3D design. Job satisfaction comes from creating high-quality artwork and building a solid status. Most graphic designers work full time, but schedules can differ depending on workload and deadlines.
